If you notice missing fields, incomplete records, or unexpected blanks in your exported CSV or CRM, here’s how to troubleshoot:

🔹 Step 1: Check Your Search Filters

  • Some filters may limit the available data:
    • Example: If you search for emails only, phone numbers may not appear.
    • Intent or technology filters might narrow results further.
  • Make sure your search is set to include all desired fields before exporting.

🔹 Step 2: Understand Verification Rules

  • A-Leads exports only verified, live data.
    • Emails, phone numbers, or other enrichment fields may be blank if we cannot verify them in real-time.
    • This ensures you never pay for invalid or outdated data.
  • Example: If a phone number fails verification, it will not appear in the export.

🔹 Step 3: Confirm Export Options

  • Check that you selected all required fields before exporting:
    • CSV export → ensure all columns (emails, phones, LinkedIn, company info) are checked.
    • HubSpot integration → confirm field mapping covers all required data.
  • Partial exports or mismatched mappings can cause blank fields.

🔹 Step 4: Check for Data in the Dashboard

  • Sometimes the missing data exists in the dashboard but isn’t included in your export.
  • Review individual leads in A-Leads to confirm availability of emails, phones, and enrichment info.
